Airbnb turnover

Dishes: Wash, dry, and put away dishes or load/unload the dishwasher
Bedrooms: Strip used bedding, wash and change sheets, make beds neatly and invitingly
Bathrooms: Scrub sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers; polish mirrors; restock paper products and toiletries if provided
Living Areas: Dust surfaces, wipe down furniture, and straighten up décor for a welcoming feel
Kitchen: Wipe counters, sanitize sinks, clean stovetops, and wipe appliance exteriors
Floors: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all hard floors and rugs
Trash: Empty bins, relining as needed, and remove all trash from the property
Deep Clean Touches: Attention to detail in corners, baseboards, and high-touch surfaces so your space always looks fresh

Move-in/move out

Bedrooms & Living Areas: Dusting, wiping down surfaces, and vacuuming or mopping floors
Kitchens: Deep clean of counters, sinks, and backsplash; inside and outside of cabinets and drawers; scrub stovetops, oven, microwave, and refrigerator
Bathrooms: Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and faucets; polish mirrors; wipe tiles and grout
Floors: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all hard floors and carpets, with attention to edges and corners
High-Touch Areas: Light switches, door handles, baseboards, and trim wiped down
Windows & Fixtures: Clean interior windows, sills, blinds, and light fixtures
Trash Removal: Empty all bins and ensure the property is spotless for the next occupant

Light post-construction

Surfaces: Wipe down countertops, cabinets, doors, and trim to remove fine dust and residue
Floors: Sweep, vacuum, and mop hard floors; spot clean carpets and rugs
Windows & Glass: Clean interior windows, frames, and glass surfaces to remove streaks and smudges
Fixtures & Fittings: Clean light fixtures, vents, outlets, and switches
Bathrooms & Kitchens: Sanitize sinks, tubs, toilets, and appliance exteriors; wipe down cabinets and drawers inside and out
Final Detail Work:Dust baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, and other detailed areas, and remove stains and paint marks so no trace of construction remains
